What we do
At Sheffield Hallam University, we have a diverse range of knowledge and expertise. Through our Healthcare Technology Development offer, we work together to create products and services for businesses across the UK.
Design Action is an EU-funded initiative that allows our consultants to work with Yorkshire companies for up to 15 days. They can help find new opportunities, carry out vital research, design, prototype, and evaluate ideas and products. We can also help companies access clinicians for specialist advice and guidance on their work.
Based on user-centred principles, we identify and address clinical needs in a way that has a real impact on people’s lives. We work with businesses to develop the tools they need and create products that make a difference to their customers and patients.
